Capped is a cricket and football knowledge game. This policy explains what we collect, why,
and the choices you have. We keep it minimal on purpose: Capped has no ads and we
never sell your data.
What we collect
- Your cap & profile — cap number, handle (display name), and chosen avatar.
- Gameplay data — your rating, career totals, badges, and progress, so your career is saved and can appear on the leaderboard.
- An anonymous account id — created automatically so your progress can sync, even before you sign in.
- If you claim your career — the email address and password you provide, used only to sign you in.
- If you sign in with Google — your Google account's email and basic profile id, via Google Sign-In, used only to sign you in.
We do not collect your contacts, location, photos, or device identifiers for advertising.
How we use it
- To run the game and save your career across devices.
- To show you on the cohort leaderboard (handle, avatar, and rating are visible to other players).
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
Who processes it
- Supabase — our backend, authentication, and database provider (stores the data above).
- Google Sign-In — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Children
Capped is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, two ways:
- In the app — open KIT BAG → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your cap, career, and account from your device and our servers.
- By email — write to goingtobefamous18@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, the associated data is removed from our systems.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
